I am a mixed media artist based in Pensacola, Florida. I have a curiosity for experimenting within my art which has taken me on a journey of discovering various techniques, styles, and concepts that are unique to my style. My current work focuses on building texture with recycled materials. The reuse of paper products is the base of my creative process and being able to lighten my impact on the environment while creating art has become my main goal.

 

My style is heavily inspired by folk art, the old-world and decay. I like to acknowledge time visually in my paintings which is represented in the use of various layers.  A lot of my subjects are reflections of the recycled materials I incorporate into a piece, as well as the representation of the female form and experience.
